I was trying to change the password on the guest wifi accounts and it only defaults back to "00000000" and not allowing me to change it to what I want. Do I have to restore the router to default values in order to do such a trivial thing?

Do you have a password auto-fill program possibly overwriting your value?

I'm more old school. :) Just an encrypted database with my passwords that I access; no autofill going on. I have never had a browser remember my password for the router. Good thinking though!

Thanks, Zirescu,

Check your nvram utilization on the Tools>Sysinfo page. You need about 5000 bytes free. When it gets full, one of the symptoms is you'll start having problems with saving changes from the gui.
