Upgraded from 24e3 to 25e7 and router wont respond to commands

I reset to factory and now the router says processing to every command but never has a countdown and does nothing.

I tried to revert to 24e3 but it just hangs on processing.

Try clearing the browser cache and then close the browser and re-log in.
