What are ok temps for the RT-N66U

I've been experiencing some odd network issues lately and while going through the control panel for the router I noticed the temps are generally 59-60C+. That seems to be a little too hot no? I didn't realize it came with a stand so I'm using that. It's helping very little though

I've connected a USB fan for now but I'm wondering what are safe operational temps for the device

Also, I'm not sure what this means...

"Fine tune the radio power to enhance/decrease the coverage and change the cooler spin mode. Please note: If the output power is increased for long distance signal transmission, the client also need to use high power card to get the best performance."

Using Merlin's firmware. There is nothing in the tab besides changing the temp reading from C to F

Anything under 70C is fine.
