What is a good Multicast rate and Beacon Interval for a stable connection?

@L&LD What modem do you have? I am starting to think it is my modem that is giving the instability since that is the one thing I never changed
 
No modem. ONT, FTTH.
 
How do I download the file from the router that shows the firmware? Someone said you can cross check the firmware on the router with the firmware to see if something got corrupted.
