What does Netgear mean when they put up a support article title "What NETGEAR devices support Amazon Alexa?"

Won't any and all properly functioning routers accept Amazon Alexa [Echo] as a network device?

The point is that you enable a skill in the Alexa app and link that app to the Netgear app, and you can issue some rudimentary commands to Alexa like "Alexa, ask Netgear to reboot my router."

Ah! Thanks...
