My friend has a small shop with a SMC8014 router (Comcast Business) connected to two - 5 port 10/100 switches for their LAN. He wishes to provide wireless internet access for his customers without access to their internal LAN.
IMO, I believe that the SMC8014 is a POC and I am not sure if he should add a WAP or wireless router with guest access, taking any loads off of the SMC8014.
We would also want to be able to limit the internet bandwith allocated to the guest network.
I am leaning towards adding another router to the SMC8014 to provide better functionality and firewall capabilities.
