MoCA setup for Arris SBG6782-AC modem/router and Actiontec ECB2500C network adapter

I am trying to set up a MoCA network using an Arris SBG6782-AC modem/router and Actiontec ECB2500C network adapter. I understand the Arris has built-in MoCA so that I just need to connect the Actiontec to the computer I want connected. I have the Arris in the living room and the Actiontec in the bonus room. I've logged into the Arris and set up the MoCA network and plugged in the Actiontec with coax running through it and ethernet plugged into the computer. The computer recognizes an ethernet present, but says there is no network present. What am I missing? Any help is appreciated.
