    IPV6 Native now working on Time Warner Cable Have a RT-N66u and could not get IPV6 native to work using .39 or .26b with Time Warner Cable in SW Ohio. 6to4 did work but no success with Native. Installed .40 beta 1 today and IPV6 native works! Yes I did clear nvram and reboot for all installs...

    3.0.0.4.220.17 Merlin: again troubles with erasing NVRAM

    I also had the external HD "Unmounted" issue when 220.17 started for the first time. Unplugged the N66U for a couple of minutes along with the modem and drive, also restarted IE 9. All has been working fine for last couple of hours.

    FW_RT_N66U_B1_3003144 Released!

    I have 9 devices connected. When I do a refresh of Client Status the main circle Icon spins for about a minute and only 3 clients are displayed. Then it takes up to 3-4 minutes for the other 6 to display. No more spinning circles for each device. One nice thing - I now have the device name...

    Thanks for the new FW update post. Installed .125 and so far does not look or act any different than .116. Anyway you can get a list of what was changed or improved with this version?

    Heat issues with the 66U

    Also using .116 and it is showing approximately 54C. First time it took about 8 seconds for the reading to show on the graph. I also had to log in to get it to work.

    Asus RT-N66u wireless speed problem

    When you run a test from speedtest.net, speakeasy.net or similar in your region what are you seeing (DL and UL speeds) on the distant wireless and close CAT5 PC's? Can you borrow a friends laptop that has the ability to download at the required speed? Preferably test it at another location...

    Heat issues with the 66U

    If I'm reading this page correctly I'm seeing 130 F or 55 C as a fairly constant temperature reading. You need to let it "run" for a couple of minutes. How does that compare with everyone else?

    Have you tried; Changing internet browsers - Chrome, Firefox, IE9 Turning off or lowering security levels Turning off all background programs Tried all channels and bands? Running the tests multiple times at late night off peak? I get lots of variation in speeds in the middle of the day...
