    My experience with the ET8 has been very positive so far. In fact, it has been rock solid now for 34 days. I use default settings.

    kibosh- any updates from Asus support? I am getting the same error when trying to upgrade to Version 3.0.0.4.380.4180 manually on my RT-AC3100. I have also tried all of Merlin's suggestions above.

    I have it setup and do receive alert emails occasionally to my GMail account for blocked sites. I did not receive an email at setup.

    RT-AC3100

    I use the stock firmware(3.0.0.4.380_858) so only can see the CPU temp but its been averaging 73C. I am very happy with the stability of this router so far.

    Thanks for the reply. I have the bonjour service disabled on my pc and I do not any other Apple products on my network. I will ignore the messages for now and wait for Asus to remove in later firmware releases.

    ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.374.4561 is out
