Why use Mesh at all? I would not because of security reasons like WPS.

AX88U on Beta 3. AX enabled and using as well as AC streaming movies at around 8-10MB. Responsiveness is incredible good for playing games. Also enabled Beta 3 on an AC88U in an office enviroment. No problems.

Thanks for your answer. The question is about wpa2/3 combined. It makes little sense to have them combined. What is the benefit when WPA2 is still weaker?

Quick question: combined WPA2/WPA3 mode is it more secure than WPA2? Under AI protect I get weak WiFi Password and Cryptation message. My password is far from weak...

Thank you very much for answering,,, I should maybe have opted for the AX89 instead... Too bad the AX88 doesn't have multigigabit ports. I will live with Link Aggregation, and I think it will sufice for now.

I would love for a higher than 1 gigabit port,,, I allready use LAN port 1+2 in link aggregation for max 2 gigabit... USB may offer even higher bitrate 3-5 gigs?

AX88 and AC88 both working fine regarding on/off leds and it's nice it stays off after a power outage. YOU ROCK Merlin! (I will not ask about any updates for AC87 haha---).
