I setup a PPTP VPN on my N66U running the latest version of RTMerlin. I am able to access my router via 192.168.1.1, but I am not able to access any other LAN servers by their IP, or any other means. Using whatsmyip, my public IP does reflect that of my home network.

Does anyone have a clue as to why I cannot see my other LAN servers?

Make sure the VPN IP block is within the same network as your LAN, otherwise your device won't be able to route to them. If your network is set for 192.168.1.0/24, then have the DHCP set for 192.168.1.100-199, and VPN set for 192.168.1.90-99, for example.

It is. I have reserved 192.168.1.245 - 254 for VPN clients.

Then I see no reason for you not being able to reach other clients on your LAN, unless your Android device is connected to a wifi network that also uses the 192.168.1.xxx range, in which case you have conflicting networks.
