What about upgrading aria when the devs release them? Can we get notified somehow?

Should I stop/restart aria for the DL, install/edit of new config file?

Good job on the new config file, @rgnldo !
Network users have commented on things seemingly speeding up ("what did you do? it's faster!" It's tough for me to notice sometimes because I'm the only wired computer in the place) - so I checked, and my router's RAM usage is down 8-10% and CPU temp also down 1-2 degrees C.
Thanks!

Can someone provide a use case on how this app is useful.

I'm curious since I also have a HTPC/Kodi setup.

Best case usage is for you to save on your electricity bills. Running your PC the whole day just for downloading your entertainment can be expensive both directly and indirectly, as your PC also contributes heat to your house which makes your cooler work harder and use even more electricity. So we just use our PCs to consume our media, our routers do the downloading work. You can still copy over the files or just stream via shared network after its done so there is no advantage to download using the PC. Its just a huge waste of money on electricity bills and your house gets hotter for no reason.

what about in climates where a bit of extra heat from electricity you're paying for would be considered a good thing??

I live in Canada which is cold and electricity is cheap.

And my Current desktop is Ryzen 3800X with a Corsair AX850 Titanium PSU which is very energy efficient and doesn't heat up my room.

So this point maybe valid for someone else but for me none of that matters.

Any help? @rgnldo

Thanks for bringing this super lightweight project

A few things to settle down
How to add username & password to the interface?
How to set it for Transdroid?

Also guidelines for remote connection?

I found aria2 super good especially with http downloads, but found torrent downloading very slow, though tried same with my old love deluge and it's persistent and super fast, is there any specific fine b tuning for torrents section needed?
By the way, you're super helpful

Code:
bt-max-peers=
max-connection-per-server=
Changing bt max peers and max connection per server doesn't allow aria2 to connect to server, reverting back values made it work again, don't know why it's behaving like this?
You can reproduce it by simply changing the values and find it yourself o_O

With the default values, the small speed is only at the beginning, so you will have the maximum speed. What you mention in Deluge is the ability to find more associated traker’s. Aria2 is super fast. Just let him do the job.

@rgnldo
How to uninstall?

I've installed DDWRT, Nuked the router and yet it still persists.
There are no difficulties. The aria2 package is installed in the entware directory.
The strange thing is still with the entware after migrating to DD-WRT.
Just delete the entware folder before migrating. Or
Code:
opkg remove —autoremove aria2 lighttpd

rm -R /opt/share/www/aria2

Quero acessar pelo Aria2App, necessito de um usuário para cadastra

Hello, how are you? Glad to find a fellow countryman on the forum!
My router is an RT-AX58U, ASUSWRT-Merlin 384.17_0
I'm having trouble configuring and accessing webui-aria2
I followed these steps: https://ppundsh.github.io/posts/87f1/
It is already working by extension in the browser, I just can't access it via the webui!
I want to access through Aria2App, I need a user to register
