Arris’ new hardware, software, and service platform is designed for service providers struggling to support customers experiencing Wi-Fi related challenges and problems. Home Assure combines systems, self-help portals and people power to help tackle issues ranging from performance to Wi-Fi passwords.

HomeAssure features include:
  • Maximizing wireless coverage using HomeAssure-enabled range extenders that facilitate SSID and password management
  • Automated access point hand-offs that immediately move connected devices from one AP to other APs that have better signal – a must for voice/video calling over Wi-Fi.
  • Self-service consumer control that facilitates SSID/password management, installation, guest access and parental control via app, web and voice.
  • ECO Cloud for service providers provides remote monitoring and configuration, consumer analytics, and tools to aid help desk reps and on-site technicians during customer calls and visits.
Arris will start demonstrating HomeAssure at IBC in Amsterdam this week.
