Both new CommScope gateways target service providers wanting to deliver updated networking services to their subscribers. The two Touchstone series gateways, the TG9452 and DG9450, are DOCSIS 3.1 cable gateways serving up to 5Gbps downstream and 1Gbps upstream. Aside from being 4x4 dual-band Wi-Fi 6 devices, the gateways also introduce 2.5GbE to residential customers.

The TG9452 is a telephony gateway that delivers data, video, and voice services, while the DG9450 exclusively supports data and video.

Physical interfaces on the TG9452 and DG9450 include a MoCA 2.0 port and three Ethernet ports (one 2.5 GbE and two 1 GbE).

Features for providers include SNMP support and TR-069 remote management tools for tech support.
