ASUS AX89X - Google Fiber Support

I'm fortunate enough to have Google Fiber available and would love it if this router would support 2.5Gbe connections via the SPF+. I plan to email ASUS to request this feature and I'm putting this here to encourage others to do the same.

Is it possible to use a Copper connection from the Google Modem? The 10G RJ45 on the AX89X should support multi-gig speeds.

You are correct. It does and I've tested that. It detects as a 10Gbe connection and will pass the full 2GB speeds.
