Asus OpenVPN IOS

Hello.

After 2 weeks of testing I give up and need really your help.
I like to run some apps on the iPhone via OpenVPN. Sounds easy but it´s not... for me

My environment:
Asus Router RT-AC68U
APEX seawater tank server
homatic ccu2
Iphone 7

I got the vpn tunnel up and running.
I´m using the 192.168.2.x IP Range on the home network.
For the VPN I am using the 192.168.3.x

When I am connecting via VPN, I can open the homematic server in safari by using the ip (192.168.2.xx)
But when I try to start the homematic app, I cannot reach the server. Same with the apex seawater tank server.

Do I need to configure static routes ... sorry I am really confused now.
