Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.10 is now available

Everything appeared to be working for a few days when changing to HTTPS only, but this night everything went to the crapper again. Weirdly enough, it even persisted when I disabled the app and the HA integration. Really scratching my head here. Do the BE routers suffer the same issue?

What I mean by "went down the crapper" is that devices are randomly disconnected and reconnected, the network in general is very unstable and I get constant notifications that devices have lost the connection to the internet. Went back to 9_2 to see if it would help, but the logs are constantly chatting, changing channels for nodes, disconnecting and reconnecting devices and I have a slew of CFG80211-ERROR messages.
I had the same this morning after running stable for multiple days. Have reverted to 9_2 to get is stable again.

If you manage to get this release working for you I’m happy to hear

Hi all,
I have issues with the latest firmware 3004.388.10 on my Asus AX88U.
At first, the dirty flash worked correctly, but then, things started to go haywire since I rebooted my router; Although both my Wifis 2.4 and 5 GHz are activated separately, the Wifi icon in MerlinWRT showed half green, half grey, and the network devices don't have Wifi.
I tried to reboot, activate/deactive the WLAN, and ultimately, factory reset and configured the stuff all over again, to no avail; the Wifi network is just unavailable/invisible on my devices, it can't be detected.
Anyone else encountered this?
Thanks for your help.

Edit: Oh by the way, I've noticed an additional detail: my Wifi 5 GHz only offers Channel 0...

... and ultimately, factory reset
You may want to try a hard factory reset if you haven't tried it already.

If you have a USB drive attached to the router, make sure to disconnect the USB drive before performing a hard factory reset and don't reattach the USB drive until the router is verified as working properly post reset and manual configuration. Also, avoid importing a previously saved router.cfg too, just do a manual configuration after the hard factory reset.

Super! That worked! Thank you!!!
Edit: Unfortunately, it didn't last... the next reboot gave me the same problem all over again.
I've submitted my log to Gemini, and it said there was no trace of malware activity... :(

Were you or have you used AiCloud? If so you may have been infected by malware which causes similar issues to what you are reporting. There is a big thread on it with some suggestions in later posts of people to contact for help in fixing issues.
Malware damaging ASUS routers?
