1. Which one is better cpu?
2. Cortex A7 is equal to what? A53? A73? B53?
3. Any other suggestion to buy not over 200 usd router good CPU? please suggest a few ^^

Cortex A7 is an older armv7 generation than Cortex A53/B53 which is armv8.

However the router's CPU power has very little impact on router performance (unless dealing with gigabit WAN), you should focus on other aspects of the specs.
