Browser cert error when accessing Voxel Web UI

Recently tried to login into router and found cert no longer trusted; had to disable security.OCSP.enabled in order to access. What happened? I'm assuming compromised. I'm traveling and took it offline before I left, which sucks since I cannot access a device I need to pull something from.

P.S. Certificate from R9000 GPL sources signed by Entrust, Inc. and used by me for R7800 and Orbi as well is revoked. In general I do not think that it is fatal for home use with NG routers...
