Can't apply changes on administration/system page

In router's UI I go to administration/system, and try to change "Enable SSH" from "LAN only" to "LAN and WAN". When I press "apply", there's validation error :

I did not do any changes in the login name or password, and not going to. Firmware 386.2.4 , AC68P.

This happens if the admin user is not the first listed user in the nvram varI able acc_list.

Check with nvram get acc_list and if admin is not the first name, there is a post somewhere by @ColinTaylor on how to rewrite this nvram correctly. I just can’t find it at the moment.
