Can't login to my router and strange dns

Good afternoon,

After upgrading my router to .41 Merlin and running solid for more than a day, I am unable to login to my router. I had changed to https login and chose a different port than the default. The only thing I changed today is that I setup the dns filter to use Norton Safe. I ran a dns leak test and it showed my address as being in Japan?? I guess I will have to do a manual reset to default but I am not sure how to do this. Is it possible that because i changed the DNS filters while connected to a VPN I messed something up?

Help!

Cheers!

UPDATE - It was as simple as holding the reset button on the back of the router for more than 5 seconds and starting from scratch.
