Copying Folder/Files Script

My question is simple. Is there any method or script that I can mirror one folder of disk1 to disk2, in short intervals (i.g. every one hour), on my network? Both disks are attached on router. I would prefer to use a script internally on router, without using my computer for sending commands. My setup is an Asus RT AC66(firmware by merlin) with two disks directly attached on it. Thanks in advance
