Link down msg

Can someone tell me what this msg is referring to? Is this one of the ethernet ports or one of the AP ports?
I have gotten it three times today .

As it says, something connected to one of the switch ports on the router where the log came from got disconnected/turned off, then came back online.

For me that message would be posted when my AppleTV was placed in sleep mode.
