Receiving an error of port going up and down

Receiving the following error every few minutes and need assistance on which port this is on my RT-AX86U. I thought it was my Internet connection to my AT&T modem but it shows healthy but I guess it could be the port on the ASUS going bad. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Eth4 (Ext switch port: 3) (Logical Port: 11) (phyId: b) Link DOWN.

It's the LAN port that's labelled 1 (next to the WAN port). You could have worked that out by plugging and unplugging the cables.
