Merlin install issue

The exact version number is important here, because firmware 3.0.0.4.378.xxxx require an intermediate firmware first before going to the actual latest versions. Your idea of "current" might be different from mine, or from Asus's.
If you are truly already on 3.0.0.4.380.xxxx then make sure you have downloaded and unzipped the correct firmware - there's no reason for it to fail.
