What is the meaning / typical format of this line in minidla.conf:

URL presented to clients (e.g. http://example.com:80).
presentation_url=/

I currently have, based on what was suggested in the minidla.conf DIetPi os installated version of MiniDLNA, this:

URL presented to clients.
The default is the IP address of the server on port 80.
presentation_url=http://192.168.1.250:8080/minidlna

What is this "presentational url" ? It must be somewhat different than what is specified as port :8200, which shows statistics regarding library. Do I need to forward port 8080, like I specified in minidlna.conf, or is there something wrong with the link I put in ? It is the internal IP address of the Odroid XU4 DietPi that has MiniDLNA installed, with the port changed from default port 80 to 8080 by me.

Thank you for your help.

Just ignore it. UPnP devices can have a Presentation URL which is usually set to the address of the device's main web interface. I've never come across anything that actually uses that field, so if you don't set it (or set it incorrectly) I doubt it will matter. It appears to be more informational than anything else.

Sure you have, it's called Windows ;)

Granted, that's still pretty much useless.
