No Signal on two of the four router bands

New Around Here
I have a GT-AXE16000 router. It's only a year old. Recently I found out that there is almost no signal in 5GHz-2 and 6GHz bands. These bands appear on my phone (Xiaomi 13) if the phone is in contact with the router. If a I move away a little, they disappear.

I've tried resetting the firmware to factory settings and updating it to other standard versions and to Merlin. The result is the same in all cases.

The status LEDs on both bands light up, so I think the issue is related to the antenas and not to the ICs.

Any solutions or ideas?

Thanks in avance.

Firmware and version?

Currently, latest stock firmware.

Well, the router has another issue. Aura RGB is not working. Leds do not light up

Bad power supply or hardware failure. Investing in a new power supply may work but could be a waste of time and money.

I suppose you have checked the "Txpower adjustment" in the Advanced Settings > Wireless > Professional Tab for both frequencies?

If that is set to Maximum or Performance level, I would try a reset to factory defaults and manual configure the bare minimum to get Internet access:
  • Router Login Name.
  • Router Login Password.
  • WAN Connection Type, and what is required to connect to the Internet.
  • Wireless SSID's and WPA Pre-Shared Key's.
  • Leave everything else default.
