Problem to unblock (Internet access) of a previously blocked device (RT-AX88U)

Problem to unblock (Internet access) of a previously blocked device (RT-AX88U)
The device is not unblocked and the state in the GUI also remains blocked.
Is this a known problem, what can I do to unblock internet access of the device?
