What can i do to route the traffic of my desktop pc with a static address to the second WAN while on failover mode (or even while dual wan is just turned off) ?

I tried to make a static route with Lan -> "Route". But nothing happens.. Here is how i configured it:

The only way i can do this is while under load balance mode, with the apposite panel. But it gives a lot of problems with my network and then my connections are just too different (7Mbs vs 70MBs)

This is how i configured it while under load balancing. I saw this on the internet and i did it but actually i don't understand what destination ip actually means, and why i have to set it to all :(
