RT-AC3100 speed issues

Xfinity GB plan
Modem CM1000
Modem to computer 860Mbs/42Mbs
Modem to router (using GUI internet speed) 500Mbs/42Mbs
Router to computer 320Mbs/42Mbs
Wireless 324Mbs/41Mbs


RT-AC3100 current merlin firmware. 386.1.2
reset to stock
QOS off, Jumbo frame enabled
RESET Modem/Router
Tried multiple cables, those that provide the best speeds are being used.

Any thoughts?
