Wondering if someone is able to help with this or has had the same experience.
Essentially every couple of days the 2.4ghz interface on my BE88u router just dies. I have two 2.4ghz SSIDs currently, one is IoT dedicated, the other is main LAN. Both of these SSIDs will, at once, start dropping clients and eventually become empty. Once the issue starts, no client on the 2.4ghz band can assosiate, if I try and join the network on my phone I just get a 'Network error' message. This issue will persist until I manually reboot the router or edit a WiFi setting which casues the WiFi radios on the router to restart. I have tried enabling debug on the logs and had a scroll through but I can't see anything obvious. Does anyone have any ideas?
Some information that might be useful...
- Firmware is Asus merlin version 3006.102.6
- 2.4ghz WiFi is set to 20Mhz bandwidth on Channel 6 (I have also tried channel 1 & auto)
- OFDMA/MU-MIMO is disabled
- WiFi 7 mode is ENABLED
- SSIDs for the bands are de-synced so I have one for each
- MLO is DISABLED
Please let me know if posting the logs will be helpful?
