Guys,

I am having an issue where alot of the time, my internet will start to go real slow or a page will take forever to load. Sometimes even, it will say something to the effect of DNS Probe... blah blah.. and just not load. This happens about every other hour. In the connection tab I have alot of unreplied calls to the Comcast DNS servers. I am using DNSSec. Any suggestions? Is this what is causing my internet to basically timeout every hour?

This actually came up when I was facing an issue (http://www.snbforums.com/threads/issues-with-dchp-server-on-ac87u.31258/) about problems with DHCP Server but I didn't mention them. I ironically found the issue to be related to DNSMasq as once I disabled a few things via shell there were no more unreplied messages. However, network setups do vary.

It's unlikely (though I wouldn't past Comcast - they are known for being unreliable) that your internet is cutting out every hour.

Even though I somewhat doubt this will fix it but have you tried turning DNSSec off for a bit and see what happens?

While DNSSec has to be implemented by the authoritative DNS server returning the records for it to actually work (I own a number of domains; enough that it was quite a pain to enable DNSSec on all of them), internet dropouts resulting from DNSSec is not something I have heard of.

However, Comcast does have a dedicated page to DNSSec (and DNS): http://dns.xfinity.com/ which is also reporting those servers are up and running.
