Upgraded RT-AC68R to Firmware Version 384.3 (latest stable) and having problems with my attached HDD

New Around Here
I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, so if it is, I apologize in advance. I recently updated my firmware to above mentioned version. I did a factory reset as suggested. Looking back, I probably should have removed my 3TB Seagate Backup Plus from the USB 3.0 port before advancing. After I updated the firmware I restored my settings. Now I am getting a red ring around the USB 3.0 on the network map page. And the options to unmount and remove safely are no longer available on the right hand side. I was able to run a scan the first time I rebooted, and it gave me errors. The drive still shows up on my network, and my files seem to be OK. I am curious as to what I should do to safely remove the drive, as well as how to fix the problem in my portal. I attached a screenshot of the network map page for reference. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to do with your USB problem; but if by "restored my settings" you mean you reloaded a "Save settings" file then you have defeated the purpose of doing the factory reset. You would have reloaded the settings for the earlier firmware version.
