Is there a chance this might be added in the future?

Like the OpenVPN server tab so saves faffing around with command lines etc.

Thanks to @Odkrys, WireGuard as an alternative to established VPN tunnel protocols OpenVPN and IPSec has been available on some specific ASUS Routers for a while, although the instructions posted by the OP...

Anything can happen, and often does: look at CakeQoS-Merlin.
But in this case, Merlin has been pretty clear - he has no intention of adding another VPN protocol to his plate. So you might be better stirring the pot with Asus and the official firmware ;-)
