Anybody with Engenius Experience?

Hi, I have finally installed in one place Engenius AP. But, what's the problem - I can't figure out why when I'm trying to do one-click update it doesn't work - for 1 AP for example. Where might be the problem? The update process stucks. Topology settings - from not saved, to saved now. Also there are switches which are seen as uncotrollable LAN switches, although they are Engenius. Controller I have is EWS7928P.
