New Around Here
Hello,
I'm a more than less network novice, but have got pretty good understanding of IT in general.
We are given a block of 5 static IPs by our ISP what looks like this:

ip-net-static: xx.xx.xx.96
subnet mask: 255.255.255.255.248 /29
default gateway: xx.xx.xx.97
client IPs: 5
ip-start: xx.xx.xx.100
ip-end: xx.xx.xx.99
subnet mask: 255.255.255.248 /29

We've got an Asus RT-AC86U router and a Zyxel GS1900 switch for link aggregation of two NAS devices. We now want to route two separate public IPs to the two different NAS devices in our local network. (is this 1:1 NAT?)
Public IP1 < router > local IP-nas01
Public IP2 < router > local IP-nas02

And also want to have 5G WiFi and guest-wifi functionality (what the Asus supports out of the box).

Would this work with our Asus router? If not stock maybe with the custom merlin firmware?
Any thoughts on that matter or known guides on how to do this?
If this would work, do I need to pay attention on anything specific provided by our ISP?
If it wouldn't work, what router/managed switch would you recommend for our case?

thanks very much!
