Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3006.102.4 is now available

Ops. early morning here....

No worries. I was just seeing some potential confusion and thought I'd say how I took the messages. I could be completely wrong too.

I reverted a driver update on the RT-BE96U and GT-BE98_PRO. Sounds odd that this would be causing you an issue, as these are drivers used in Asus released firmwares. But due to lack of time to gather more feedback for it I decided to revert it just in case.
Well I've had it installed since about 20 mins after you released it and no radio issues - thank you. I didn't have any pixel issues on my old AX86u (not pro) running your most recent release firmware for that one. Thank you again!

Thanks - I didn't realize that was the fix.

So far it's too early for me to tell but I'll say that I had one smart home security camera that would occasionally reboot due to disconnecting; that it has not disconnected since the update at noon today.
Hoping that stays the case but it wasn't constant enough to care or really track before either.

As beta's, IoT (SDN) Network does not initiate after WiFi schedule enables radios.
Router has to be restarted for IoT network to reappear.
Router GT AX 6000
Factory defaults
Settings by hand
No scripts

Hello,
I'd like to report that the latest firmware version (RT-BE88U_3006_102.4_0) still appears to lack some granular control features in the WEBUI's Client Status section. Specifically, there seems to be:
  1. Absence of a dedicated toggle for disabling mobile devices
  2. Missing bandwidth limitation controls for individual devices (though I'm uncertain if this feature existed in previous firmware iterations)
This observation aligns with similar reports I've encountered in the community forum:
https://www.snbforums.com/threads/b...fi-clients-on-rt-ax88u-pro.93831/#post-948139
Could you kindly advise if there are planned enhancements to address these control granularity issues in future updates?

Report RT-BE92U updated from beta3. All good and thanks Merlin.

Only one issue, it also happened in original Asus firmware is that when login to WebUI through internet not local IP. Network Map all status information including System status, Client lists, Aimesh status, internet status all displayed blank. The issues was fixed in beta firmware RT-BE92U_9.0.0.6_102_37803 two months ago and I had reported to Asus Support. Don't know why Asus do not have fix in the latest few firmware.

dnsmasq likely failed to startup due to some customizations you had on the older version that are now duplicated in the newer firmware as part of the firmware. The system log entries with “dnsmasq” will give you clues.
it was in fact dnsmasq.conf.add: a typo in one entry (',' instead of '.').
Typo was there for ages wthout side-effects... but with the new firmware if prevented dnsmasq from starting properly.
@dave14305 Thank you very much for your help!

1. its still there... On Network Map - Client status - click the device (any).
2. Never existed for individual devices.

Since one already answered...
Also, you can limit bandwidth for only one device using the bandwidth limiter...

Just to precise that you mean bandwidth limiter trough QOS settings (dont think everyone will understand otherwise).

Strange behavior on my AiMesh BT10 devices with the final firmware. They suddenly drop all the clients and a few seconds later they are back again. I reverted back to Beta3 with the newer WiFi drivers and everything works again without any issues.
