AX-88U Aicloud login

Hi All

Wondering if I missing something here. I just upgraded to AX-88U and setup AiCloud. However when I try to login as a secondary user, the web interface does not let me login in. Only admin user login works. This was working flawlessly in AC-68U. I am not able to find any failed login under AiCloud--> logs. I setup password failed attempts however it seems to lock out admin user and I can unlock under AiCloud-->AiCloud settings. I am running merlin:384.14

Is this a known issue or has someone experienced this?

The issue is Aicloud used to work with multiple user accounts contrary to the what the community claims on 384.13 on my old AC-68u until the day I decommissioned it. So I am thinking it is a breakage.
