Best Smartconnections Rules ?

Hello

What would be the best setup for the wifi ?

I have 69.7down /12.09up Mbps

I wanna limit the bandwith lets say about 70% of my max connection for the wifi devices.

How do i do this and what is the different between Bandwidth Utilization and PHY Rate ?

I also have the issue that the tv on the ground floor hase bad connection, it only connects with the 2.4 ghz

best way for me is NOT use "smart"connection
separate the SSID and utilize QoS w/ merlin's firmware + FreshJR works perfectly for me

only works if you can load merlin's firmware though
