Block internet for wired desktop

Dear folks

I have few desktops with windows 10 Prof at home connected wired to an ASUS ROUTER RT-AC5300 with Firmware Version:384.18

When I tried to block a specific desktop I named it as " WHITEDESKTOP " it doesn't get block !!!!

Whenever I block it I find another entry fir it with different MAC address,,,,,,please see the attached snapshot

Real MAC address for that computer is attached as well

Any clue why that is happening
