Is it possible to browse windows shares on a pc connected to router1 from a pc connected to router2?

PCs connected to router2 have internet access and I am able to browse and access a USB drive connected to router1 from a PC connected to router2. I cannot browse windows shares on PCs connected to router1 from a PC connected to router2.
