New Around Here
I would like to go ahead and test the 380.60 beta, but I am worried that this may not be suited for me, because it would require a factory reset, which, I'm afraid, will cause Entware destruction.
And the problem is, I am using RADIUS server package for my Wi-Fi access on AC-88U, so that would be disastrous.

So, the question is, will the reset kill Entware, or not?

Of course it will kill Entware if you do it properly (and yes, it is needed; full reset to factory defaults followed by a minimal and manual configuration to secure your router and connect to your ISP).

What you should do of course is backup your settings and external/extra files and be prepared to re-install them once you have the new firmware ready.

john9527's NVRAM Save/Restore utility (link above) should help immensely. Along with WinSCP and Putty, of course.
