instead of complaining not getting newer release. why dont you go do it yourself then? Best options ever. Save the time and trouble of waiting for other ppl.. bla bla bla.

buying a hardware just because of a 3rd party firmware is simply a nono and if u really do buy it just because of this then don't complain that the next firmware version is slow. you should already be clear that the support for any 3rd party firmware might stop anytime and unexpected. So dont come complaining like a crybaby over this.

i am a software engineer myself and i simply feel frustrating when i see people complaining of this. put yourself in other people's shoes and think. they have their job, their life and of course their hobbies. they don't really have the obligation to do this just for you or to come up with a firmware just for a particular hardware being requested.

Bro... you're now replying to a post from October 3, 2025. I don't know if you searched for it on purpose or if this post suddenly became popular for some reason. I was interested in encouraging the release of a firmware used by many people, and for this very reason it should create a certain sense of responsibility in those who release it. A firmware that could run a company network cannot be considered a hobby. If we then keep in mind that there are repositories on GitHub where you can report problems or lack of fixes in the long run, what's the problem? Even a forum like this is designed to allow users to express a request to modders, who are free to respond or not. If a modder achieves any kind of popularity, it's only thanks to their followers and users, who are very often beta testers and deserve respect for this; they shouldn't be harassed just for expressing concerns about a delay. The European firmware for be98 has several problems that have persisted for many releases; just look at GitHub. If someone isn't free to state an objective fact, then we're truly screwed.
