So my new router came with a 192.168.50. DHCP server.

How do I switch it to 192.168.1.?

Also how do I open ports for some of my devices?

Please also keep in mind I haven't used a router with a proper GUI in years.

Great! Thanks! How do I make a IP Static for a device?
Go to LAN - DHCP Server. Set Enable Manual Assignment to Yes. Select the Client Name from the list (if it's not there manually enter the MAC address of the client). Change or set the IP address to what you want***. Press Apply. Power cycle the client so that it picks up its new IP address.

*** EDIT: After creating your Client entry you have to click the "+" button to add it to the list.
