The first message is just related to trend micro. Should not be impacting your clients, probably just coincidence.

Your clients may be disconnecting due to interference, distance, roaming assistant being too aggressive, or even your radio in the router dying.

Not sure why you're seeing so many key exchanges, you may have log level set higher than me or AX may just do it more than AC.

Are disconnects happening on both 2.4 and 5ghz bands?

The log does seem to imply wireless clients are disconnecting but that could be totally unrelated (not unusual if people are coming and going etc). So yeah sort of have to narrow down if it is a wifi or WAN issue.
