ISP Service Quality tests

What are your favorite tools for testing Internet connection quality ?
Looking for something more then ping or burst speed tests.

Current Internet service through DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem.

I used the usual ookla tests for quick stuff, but I also use the visualware speed test. It's a lot more complete.
