Merlin SNMP: Why always 100% utilization?

I enabled SNMP and installed MRTG on my laptop (Fedora). It works fine, but the graphs always show 100% utilization. I am sure my wife and I are not hogging the bandwidth so much. So why would it show such high usage?
Any thoughts? Many thanks..

The graph attached shows its uplink -- the connection between the AC68U and the N17U..
