My router looks bad - download speed

Hi ,
Im using livebox 5 and having very bad Download speed which tested via speedtest.

Used different phone samsung with different chipset , it works fine with no problem


I tried to disable ipv6 on the router, If I disable IPv6 on my router it then solves the problem , keep only ipv4.

the question here how enabling ipv6 affect download speed?

Seems like provided by Orange residential Gateway made by Sagemcom. At least this is what comes first by device name. It's pretty ugly device, I agree. Call your ISP, we can't help here.

But why its orange issue suspect? Same router works with ipv6 with different model phone like huawei/samsung it works fine

If you are talking about specific client issue - troubleshoot the client. Keep in mind mobile devices have automatic power saving features and may not be accurate with speed tests. This is all I can say based on the information you provide. Terms "very bad" and "very good" are subjective and mean nothing.

i think you posted the solution already. If turning off IPv6 allows all your clients to work as expected and there is no need/requirement to keep the IPv6 stack active, turn it off and leave it off.

Issue with huawei phones just fixed
My huawei connects and works okay

We can't help with the bad looks though. It was born this way.
