Routine ip change and different ip per device

i am am new to networking can someone please help me answer couple questions..

1. is it possible to setup a routine ip change for all devices connected to wifi ? assuming the router has ddwrt installed. say every 24 hr new random ip schema is generated

2. is it possible to have same router provide different ip address to each devices? randomly

That is going to cause issues. This is usually done with a Captive Portal.
