New Around Here
I am using stock firmware, latest version, updated last night
I can connect to HMA via PPTP etc. when using my Laptop as the client
When I used VPN Client on the Router with the same settings it either does not connect using PPTP, or briefly connects with OpenVPN and then I lose internet and the Router seems to freeze, with nothing I do bringing back an internet connection (even deleting the VPN Client settings), only thing that works is a reboot. I would be happy with PPTP.

The ISP is Etisalat over fibre, with the Router connected to their kit using PPPoE

Please help, I am currently stuck watching TV in Arabic!

PPTP problem due to encryption

In the logs I get this for PPTP:

Jan 7 15:36:19 miniupnpd[1261]: unsupported NAT-PMP version : 2
Jan 7 15:36:19 miniupnpd[1261]: unsupported NAT-PMP version : 2

Jan 7 15:43:59 rc_service: httpd 1490:notify_rc restart_vpncall
Jan 7 15:44:15 pptp[5506]: pppd 2.4.5 started by admin, uid 0
Jan 7 15:44:16 pptp[5506]: Connect: ppp5 pptp (95.154.230.4)
Jan 7 15:44:17 pptp[5506]: CHAP authentication succeeded
Jan 7 15:44:17 kernel: mppe_decomp_alloc: options rejected: o[0]=12, o[1]=06, o[2]=00, o[3]=00, o[4]=00, o[5]=00
Jan 7 15:44:23 pptp[5506]: Connection terminated.
Jan 7 15:44:23 pptp[5506]: Modem hangup

Does this mean I need to change the encryption? If so how do I do this?
